RGB vs CMYK on menu items at WSGrill

The customer noticed a definite change in vibrancy between the initial images and those in the menu mock up sheet they received from the designer. Initially attributed to the paper quality (matte vs high gloss). I needed to verify that the variations weren't due to sRGB vs CMYK color modes and duplicated with mode variation. The appearance hasn't been changed by the color mode as evidence in the album Water Street Grill Missing Images at www.guillottephotography.zenfolio.com . It now requires a review of resolutions and sizing to determine the dramatic effects observed in the menu mockup.
